Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of recruitment strategies, being an advisor for Hiring Managers in attracting great candidates, building competitive brand of employer
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes and development of international recruitment
  • Actively searching for candidates via social media and other channels
  • Building the pipeline of candidates for the recruitment projects
  • Analyzing new recruitment needs during meetings with Hiring Managers
  • Being responsible for the positive experiences of candidates in the recruitment process from initial contacts to the day of employment
  • Negotiating new contracts for future employees
  • Ensuring the positive candidate experience

Requirements

  • You are experienced in recruiting IT candidates (4-5 years)

  • Proven success in working with team managers to attract talent to the organization

  • Ambition and assertiveness are your qualities

  • You have strong communication skills

  • Multitasking makes you feel good

  • You understand the candidate's needs

  • Independence in setting priorities and a calendar, enforcing deadlines by participants in recruitment processes

  • Fluency in English
